Did you know, most of the best wines never make it to your local wine shop or favorite restaurant. This is because they're hand crafted in limited quantities. At Tarpon Springs Castle Winery, we make our wines one bottle at a time producing just a few thousand cases a year. We specialize in classic European grape varieties: Merlot, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, just to name a few.
Our classic grapes are complemented by custom crushes.

The European-style tasting room and gift shop offer a warm and friendly atmosphere . . . Most likely you will meet Joe or Diana and enjoy their hospitality.

The tasting room staff conduct free tours and for a moderate price you can taste our fine wines served in a handsome souvenir wine glass...yours to keep to remember this unique experience.
